The Company reserves the right to review all returns on a case-by-case basis. Returns may cause promotions, commissions and bonuses to be adjusted or reversed, affecting both the FrozenAge Member making the return and any upline FrozenAge Members who received compensation on such purchase.


If a FrozenAge Member or Customer is not fully satisfied with the First Product Order, he or she can send the unused portion of the First Product Order to the Company within seven (7) days or the first Saturday (whichever occurs earlier) of the original purchase date and the Company will refund 90% of the purchase price. The products must be 100% returned in a marketable condition.


The Company will refund 80% of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, for all Product purchases other than the First Product Order.


Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Company will refund 80% of the purchase price for all Product in marketable condition (as defined in 1.6) returned within the same day of the purchase date, upon cancellation of the Member or Customer Agreement.


Procedures for Returns:

a) The FrozenAge Member or Customer who purchased the Product directly from the Company must return the product. The Company does not provide refunds for Products purchased from another FrozenAge Member.

b) Returned Product must be in its original container.

c) The Company does not refund the original or return shipping costs on returned Products.

d) Except for First Product Orders, the refund must be requested within the same day of the purchase date.

e) Except for First Product Orders, Product must be returned in marketable condition, as defined in 1.6.


Definition of Marketable. Products shall be deemed “marketable” if each of the following elements is satisfied: 1) they are unopened; 2) packaging and labeling has not been altered or damaged; 3) they are in a condition such that it is a commercially reasonable practice within the trade to sell the merchandise at full price; and 4) they are returned to the Company within the same day as the purchase date. Any merchandise that is clearly identified at the time of sale as nonreturnable, discontinued, or as a seasonal item shall not be returnable.


Exchanges. The Company will provide an exchange for any Product that is defective, incorrectly sent or damaged during shipment, if purchased directly from the Company and if the exchange request is made to the Company within the same day of purchase. If an exchange is not feasible, the Company may a) issue a credit for the amount of the exchange, or b) refund 90% of purchase price (applicable only on the same day of purchase).
